We offer a new student orientations twice a semester; both the first and second eight weeks of each semester.
Enrollment advisors are
available on Wednesdays to discuss our dual enrollment occupational/academic pathways and coordinate the intake process for new apprentices and students.
Cohorts begin every semester:
Fall
Spring
Summer
Academic advisors facilitate vocational assessments and develop educational plans for both apprentices and students.
Academic advisors communicate and coordinate directly with the students regarding academic affairs and success.
Both apprentices and students are assigned clinical practicums of interest. We offer both a generalist track and a concentrated track in practicums. Our clinical rotations span between 4 to 16 weeks over the course of the semester. Our registered apprentices receive hourly wages for their assigned clinical placements (O-T-J-T).
We host career fairs, facilitate workshops, self-development and career counseling services. In addition we coordinate mentoring networks, shadow days, interviews, experiential learning and job placement.
Many of our occupational and academic pathways accept referrals from vendors to offset the cost of tuition and fees. Typical cost of tuition/fees may start from $5,500.00 per term. The tuition cost for all STRIVE apprenticeship pathways that leads to a bachelors degree program is $25,000.00. Additional cost for partnering institutions may vary but financial counseling is available to explore cost effective options.
